Unreasonable usage of new technologies and production machinery energy resources, that cause soil ablation and eolation, is the reason for disastrous soil fertility fall. The reason for soil becoming unusable is loss of its productivity due to soil tightening and overwetting, i.e. changes in soil physical-mechanical properties.           

In tight soil plants can have water and nutrients in limited quantity. Moreover, air change and nitrogen mineralization rates are decreasing in such soil.

 Fertilizers and pesticides can’t be used effectively in tight soil. As a result they can be easily washed away or appropriated in concentrated form that causes crop reducing and losses.          

  Tight soil can cause bad root development. As a result crop capacity can decrease by 20, 30, even 50 % and more. Subsequently high-productive farming lands become unusable even in humid regions.

As soon as you know your soil tightening depth you can solve your problems quite easily. However, you can’t think of solutions until you know your problem.
